Every few minutes, a child dies — not from war, disaster, or a deadly virus — but from something completely preventable: malnutrition. Fourteen years ago, we began our journey in Africa, helping children in Sierra Leone, Malawi, and Ghana survive Severe Acute Malnutrition. But when we looked deeper, we uncovered a devastating truth: The countries suffering the most weren’t only in Africa. They were in Asia — with Afghanistan and Pakistan topping the global hunger index. This wasn’t just a regional problem. It was — and is — a global crisis. And worse, it was being ignored. So we made a choice. Not just to help, but to build a solution. In 2018, we committed to creating a sustainable, replicable model that could save lives — not just today, but for generations to come. The Trust for Malnutrition and Stunted Growth (TMSG) was founded by the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South (Canada) in 2018. The club founded a vision to combat malnutrition and improve the lives of the most vulnerable populations—children under five, pregnant women, and lactating mothers. Malnutrition is a silent epidemic that stunts growth, weakens immunity, and diminishes futures. At TMSG, we believe no child should suffer from preventable conditions. Our work is driven by compassion, evidence-based solutions, and partnerships that create lasting impact.

Our mission is to combat malnutrition by providing therapeutic food, empowering communities, and advocating for sustainable solutions.
Our vision is a world where no child suffers from malnutrition, and every community has the tools to lead healthy, resilient lives.
We are committed to full transparency, ensuring every dollar you donate goes directly toward life-saving interventions for malnourished children.
We launched the Trust for Malnutrition and Stunted Growth (TMSG) to turn this vision into reality. TMSG is not an NGO. It’s a movement — powered by volunteers, driven by data, and built on compassion.
Here’s what makes us different:
• We never pay salaries or clinic rent.
• We partner with those who share responsibility — private clinics, NGOs, philanthropists.
• We provide life-saving therapeutic food and micronutrients, produced locally to WHO/UNICEF standards.
• We ensure every dollar you give goes directly to saving lives — zero administrative overhead.
Today, TMSG supports 108 clinics across 32 cities — and we’re ready to expand wherever children need us most.
With proven impact, sustainable solutions, and trusted partnerships, TMSG delivers measurable, life-changing outcomes for children and families.

A determined effort was launched to combat one of the most overlooked yet devastating challenges affecting children—malnutrition. What began as a personal mission quickly evolved into a worldwide movement. We realized that what we needed was not just charity — but a sustainable, replicable model that could save lives anywhere. In 2018, we committed ourselves full-time to building exactly that. It took two long years of relentless advocacy and struggle to save the very first child in 2020.
Since then, TMSG has helped restore over 78,000 children—aged six months to five years—back to health. In addition, more than 9,000 anemic pregnant and lactating mothers have received essential micronutrients, ensuring that babies in the womb and nursing infants do not suffer due to maternal malnutrition or reduced milk production.
We are focused on empowering existing healthcare facilities, training local healthcare workers, and delivering interventions designed for long-term success.
At TMSG, we focus on long-term solutions by empowering local healthcare facilities, training workers, and delivering sustainable interventions. Our programs are designed to address the root causes of malnutrition, ensuring communities can maintain health and resilience for generations to come.
