The Trust for Malnutrition and Stunted Growth (TMSG) was founded in 2018 in Karachi Pakistan by the Rotary Club of St. Catharines South (Canada) and the Rotary Club of Karachi (Pakistan). These clubs came together with a shared vision to combat malnutrition and improve the lives of the most vulnerable populations—children under five, pregnant women, and lactating mothers. By combining resources and expertise, TMSG delivers sustainable, life-saving solutions to tackle the malnutrition crisis in Pakistan. Malnutrition is a silent epidemic that stunts growth, weakens immunity, and diminishes futures. At TMSG, we believe no child should suffer from preventable conditions. Our work is driven by compassion, evidence-based solutions, and partnerships that create lasting impact.
